LAPP
LAPP connects.
LAPP has become a household name when it comes to the topic of innovative connectivity solutions. Our brand is associated with high quality and first-class service, as well as a deep understanding of the various industrial sectors and application areas for our products.
We are the world’s leading manufacturer of cable products and supply all forms of them from cables, connectors and accessories to ready-to-connect interconnection solutions. LAPP products are used in mechanical engineering, production of industrial robots, public transportation, food processing, alternative energy sources, electric vehicle charging systems, oil drilling platforms and more. Clients choose LAPP products for use in extreme operating conditions – in the mountains and above the Arctic Circle.
The LAPP holding employs 4,245 workers and last year the company’s annual revenue amounted to more than a billion euros.
Our clients value our experience and high level of service. We prove our production potential by 40,000 products in our catalog. We are always ready to offer you the best possible solutions. If clients do not find the desired product among our standard range, our specialists can develop it for them individually.
LAPP delivers our products worldwide and most of them are always in stock. We built factories and production centers all over the world. 44 subsidiaries and about 100 partners guarantee that our clients can receive the necessary products and advice wherever they are.
LAPP is ready for future challenges. Oskar and Ursula Ida Lapp founded their company in 1959. Oskar Lapp invented ÖLFLEX® control cables, the industry’s first branded cable. New LAPP brands were not long in coming.
Throughout its history, LAPP has been and remains a family business. The company is now run by Matthias Lapp, who represents the third generation of the Lapp family.
