Our Compliance Management System

LAPP has a Compliance Management System (CMS) in place, which is used in LAPP Holding SE and the Group companies around the world. The aim of the CMS is to prevent misconduct at LAPP and to promote conduct that complies with regulations. We have therefore implemented a range of structures, measures and processes to raise awareness of compliance-related issues among our managers and employees in day-to-day business operations.

The CMS consists of seven elements that build on one another:
