Quality management and DIN EN ISO 9001

Our quality control is designed to optimize and develop planned work processes. To achieve this, we constantly monitor our products, service and production processes. The structure of communications between the company and the client, the strategy for resolving emerging issues, the motivation of employees – all this is part of the efforts aimed at improving the quality of our products and services.

KTA 1401 Certification

KTA 1401 standard regulates the company’s activities regarding ensuring the safety of products in the nuclear field.

ATEX certification

ATEX are EU directives describing the requirements for equipment and work in potentially explosive atmospheres.

There are two ATEX directives (one for manufacturers and one for users of equipment):

• ATEX 95 equipment directive 94/9/EC, Equipment and protective systems for use in explosive atmospheres;
• ATEX 137 workplace directive 99/92/EC, Minimum requirements for explosion protection.

The purpose of these directives is to protect those employees who can work in areas exposed to explosion hazards.

The Directives consist of several key requirements based on ISO 9001 quality management system, taking into account specific safety requirements that the manufacturer must comply with. Together with the directives, this provides a comprehensive compliance check procedure. Since June 2003, only equipment whose components and protective systems comply with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC can be used in EU countries. In Germany this is legislation, and the law is called “Explosionsschutzverordnung Ordinance”.

All our products are ATEX certified.

Selection of raw materials as part of safety measures

To regulate our quality system, we are guided not only by mandatory international standards and certificates. We are developing our quality standardization system so that you can be confident in us as your partner.

To ensure this, we do strict testing of all incoming raw materials for production. This is done using both modern technology and manual testing procedures. Products that do not meet our standards are not used until inspection is completed and are rejected.

Certificates of tests carried out according to your order

If you have special requests regarding safety requirements and product testing, then for a small fee we will check your order again, and then provide a test certificate.
